Staff Testimonials

There’s no better way to find out what a company is like than by asking their current staff! Check out what some of our employees have to say about working for Pediatric Therapy Partners:

From a new grad perspective, I was surprised at how the other seasoned therapists never make me feel less than them. Whenever I reach out to more experienced therapists at PTP, I never feel nervous or worried that they are questioning my competence. We all work so well together! I can go to anyone for anything, and they will help you! One of my favorite things about PTP is the collaboration with other pediatric physical therapists across disciplines and getting to work with some great families!

Sarah Taravella, OT
Occupational Therapy - Shreveport

I love working with other speech therapists and other disciplines! I learn from all the other pediatric therapists each day! I enjoy the relationship with both of our locations and how we are there for each other during baby showers, weddings, birthdays, etc.! I think it’s great to have a work family, and we include each other during and outside of work.

From staff to therapists, everyone is amazing, understanding, and helpful. You can literally go to anyone and they will help you in any way they can! I love the flexibility of the schedule and hours (not working Fridays). Also, we have access to training, webinars, CEUs, and opportunities for all different activities for treatment.

Kelsey Rowel, SLP
Clinical Manager – Shreveport Clinic

PTP is like family, not just co-workers. After working somewhere for 10 years, I was very much fearful about change and the ‘what if’s’ just because I was comfortable. A year and a half later, I couldn’t imagine myself anywhere else and have grown to appreciate what I have here in a work setting.

I’m so thankful for the growth I’ve experienced as well, as a person and clinician. You are not treated as just employees but as part of our culture. I do not always feel so stressed or exhausted. I also love how there are very specific roles and chains of command here… I can focus on being a therapist and not have to take on the role of Intake Coordinator, Scheduler, etc.

We have so much fun every day, but getting to celebrate each other’s accomplishments, milestones, birthdays, babies… that is so fulfilling!

Jordan Quinn, LOTR
Clinical Manager – Bossier Clinic
